Alpine has been supplying the local and international markets with the highest quality Flight Cases since 1989. We have built up an enviable reputation for good design, high manufacturing standards, and great customer service. We design and build Protective Cases for both one-off and production runs in both Rigidized Aluminium and extremely strong and light 8mm hollow core, corrugated hard plastic. We specialize in making the best use of technology and design for the client’s specific application. Alpine cases have been particularly well received in Germany, France, and the USA, despite the high air freight costs entailed in shipping products to these markets. Our custom made Flight Cases are in use in many countries around the world.
Alpine protection systems are specifically designed to offer complete protection in thousands of specialized applications. Our Alpine cases protect film and video cameras, medical, scientific and test equipment, optical instruments and delicate electronic components in a variety of applications.

Our Flight Cases survive the most arduous environment or travel conditions and arrive ready to work.
Alpine’s range of Standard cases are readily available ex-stock to solve your immediate transit case requirements. Cases can be foam lined, foam filled or we can tailor make an insert to suit your equipment.

Artwork.
The appropriate artwork must be supplied in vector .eps / .cdr / .ai format for the best results. If you cannot supply vector format artwork, you can send us a hi-res jpeg or pdf, and we’ll redesign the artwork, extra charges may be applied.

All our flight cases are carefully designed beforehand in 3D cad software, to avoid constant correction to the physical build and guarantee customer satisfaction. All our designs are sent to you for approval before commencing production.

Colour Options.
Express yourself through colour.
We have 5 colour options within the colour case range.
This is great for colour coding you gear within our cases. eg. yellow cases could be used for rigging, Blue Cases could be used for audio visual products. In the end it is your choice.
Our specially sourced European Birch plywood is overlaid with a phenolic film on both surfaces. The top surface has a wire mesh pattern and the reverse surface is smooth. The surface has a high wear resistance, decorative appearance and is easy to clean.
Lightweight Options.
Less weight means less transport costs.
Stage Plus lightweight cases incorporate Penn Elcom’s Flight Panel™, a lightweight polypropylene board and a heavy duty Flight Panel™, with toughened surface for trunks and larger cases. The heavy duty flight panel reduces case weight by up to 40%. The new lightweight range of cases also includes a unique ABS flip handle from Penn Elcom.

Our Stage Plus padded bags are made from 600 Denier nylon fabric for superior strength, keeping your gear scratch proof! Each bag we make is durable, extremely hard-wearing and weather-resistant. Our manufacturing process ensures that your padded bag will be perfectly suited to your specific needs. Our padded bags offer the following options:

Constructed out of locally produced deep-textured (“rigidized”) aluminium, these custom made protective cases are ideal if you are looking a hard wearing and lightweight alternative to the traditional wooded flight case. Our aluminium cases are incredibly durable and can be foam lined, foam filled or we can tailor make an insert to suit your requirements.
