Our Stage Plus cases are custom designed and offer custom-cut foam inserts that are lightweight and highly flame retardant.
Our flight cases are manufactured in either special sourced European birch plywood or rigidized aluminium.
Custom Foaming.
Stage Plus use DCE Ethafoam, which is a resilient and flexible closed-cell polyethylene foam with a durability that makes it ideal for protecting just about any object as it can handle repeated shocks and impacts. This foam can be easily cut out to fit and protect your gear.
Whatever the weight of the items to be transported or stored, from a kilogram to a hundred kilograms and more, Ethafoam materials are available in a variety of strengths and densities to allow for all situations.
Construction.
Our flight cases are prepared to a high-quality Industry standard with a robust construction out of either specially sourced 6mm, 9mm or 12mm phenolic laminated European birch plywood or rigidized aluminium.
Stage Plus uses Penn Elcom Hardware and structural grade (8062-T6) aluminium extrusion.
Brand Your Case.
With CNC precision cutting we can engrave your company logo on almost any flight case, to better expose your company and brand.
The appropriate artwork must be supplied in vector .eps / .cdr / .ai format for the best results. If you cannot supply a vector format, send a hi-res jpeg or pdf, and we’ll redesign the artwork, extra charges may be applied.

Virtual Cases.
All our flight cases are carefully designed beforehand in 3D cad software, to avoid constant correction and guarantee customer satisfaction. All our designs are sent to you to be approved before commencing production.
Colour Options.
We have 5 colour options within the colour case range.
This is great for colour coding you gear within our cases. eg. yellow cases could be used for rigging, Blue Cases could be used for video and visual products. In the end its your choice.
Our specially sourced European Birch plywood is overlaid with a phenol film on both surfaces. The top surface has a wire mesh pattern and the reverse surface is smooth. The Surface has a high wear resistance, decorative appearance and is easy to clean.
Lightweight Panels.
Light weight polypropylene board and a heavy duty Flight Panel™, with toughened surface for trunks and larger cases. The heavy duty flight panel reduces case weight by 40%. The new lightweight range of cases also includes a unique ABS flip handle from Penn Elcom.
